Of course we couldn't miss out on our annual family trip to the pumpkin patch! This year we went the weekend before Halloween which meant we were there with 1/2 of the DFW population. It was so fun, does the pumpkin patch ever disappoint? Weather was good, not too hot, not too cold and we left just as the rain was starting.
My car hit a big milestone on the way to the pumpkin patch! Almost 6 years old and 100,000 miles!
I love watching the kids run around spotting their favorite characters and then jumping in front for a picture.
They were pretty darn excited to see Jake and his buddies!
She has totally mastered the cheesy smile, but
every so often I catch an expression like this.
The best attempt to get a picture of the 2 of them...she refused to sit anywhere but on the ground and refused to let him put his boots next to her. Oh Laney!
Her happiness carried over to our family picture :).
