Welcome Home Piper!

On Saturday, December 14th, we brought our sweet Piper Marie home.

 Can you see how tired I was?  Yikes!  I almost didn't post this picture but Piper looks so sweet and it's a good reminder of this time in my life…tired.

 How does he look so good?  It isn't fair!

 We were all dressed with nowhere to go!  Piper and I had to wait to be discharged from our doctors and that didn't happen until almost noon!!!  We were packed and ready to go at 10 :).

I called our stay in the hospital, the calm before the storm.  :)  It was so peaceful!

This crew was anxiously awaiting our arrival back home.  The kids were so excited to have us home.

Just like with Cooper and Laney, Lola was and continues to be very protective of Piper.  She has since relaxed a bit but those first few days she didn't leave Piper's side.

 We celebrated Christmas with the family on Piper's first night home.  Cousins!  Picture isn't complete though without Gunner and Landree!

 I feel like she looks like a 2 week old baby here, not 2 days old!

 This was definitely Laney's favorite present from the night.  Thanks to this baby she mothers her instead of mothering Piper :).

 These sweet babies celebrating their first Christmas!  And it appears Piper was looking for something to eat ;).

Cooper with his favorite gift but he loved the whole night!  His expressions and quotes were priceless.

Oh sweet Piper, we are so happy to have you home with us!  However, I did miss those incredible nursery nurses when she was up in between feedings that night ;).
