Baby Einstein Introduction

Cooper was 6 weeks old yesterday! He and his dad are watching Baby Einstein on the computer, Cooper was intently following the pictures on the screen with his eyes. He is getting bigger everyday and changing so much we can't believe it, now if only he would sleep through the night. :)

Cooper - One Month Old

Hard to believe that our baby boy is one month old! Where did the last month go?!? Cooper weighs 10 lbs and is 23 inches long. His weight puts him in the 50%ile and 90%ile in length. The biggest change this month, besides his growth, his how alert he is when looking at people and toys. Happy 1 month Cooper!!!

Love at First Sight (or cry)!

Cooper may not know it yet, but he met his first girlfriend this week. We had a playdate with adorable Emersyn Nitschke, however, both babies slept most of the time. She is such a beautiful and sweet baby, Cooper was a giant next to her petite body. Cooper can't wait to play with her again!

We survived our first road trip...just barely. My family was down for the OU-BYU game over the weekend. Adam is in STL working for the week so Cooper, Lola and I hitched a ride back to KC with the 'rents. A newborn can quickly turn an 8 hour trip into 10 and half hours. Cooper was really good, slept most of the time except when his internal food alarm clock woke him. We thought we could make it on two stops, but by looking at the first picture we had to make stop number 3. Thanks to my fam for being so patient, good thing Coop is so cute!!!
